Meet the Chef
Chef Long brings with him an extensive background in fine dining and food services in California and Texas. Chef Long has a son who attends McNeil HS. Chef Long graduated from California State Long Beach with a degree in Food Management and Hospitality.
Meet The Sous Chef & Catering Manager
Dominique graduated from Round Rock’s Stony Point High School in 2007 and received her Associates in Culinary Arts and a Bachelors Food Service Management from Johnson and Wales University in Miami, Florida in 2011. Prior to relocating to Round Rock, She honed her culinary skills at The W Fort Lauderdale, and joined the team of world renown Chef José Andrés at the SLS Hotel South Beach.
While we make every effort to accommodate last minute orders, please give us a weeks’ notice for all catering orders. All of our food is made to order; therefore, cancellations must be made by 4 p.m. the day before a scheduled weekday delivery and 24 hours in advance for weekend orders. Last minute cancellations may be subject to a service charge. All caterings that take place after normal business hours (after 4:30 p.m. weekdays) will be subject to a labor charge of $20.00 an hour. Payment may be made by using your budget and activity codes, organizational checks and cash.
Catering orders will include all necessary utensils and condiments in quantities consistent with your order. Please note that many of our orders will include disposable packaging. We will return to pick up non-disposable beverage and food containers.
